We understand there is more to research than collecting information. We interpret and analyze data to develop actionable strategies. Our research models account for the minimization of errors and focus on workable solutions to position our clients to stay ahead of the competition.
By starting with the end in mind, we work with our clients to identify goals and objectives; then discern, from among many options, a priority index to success. We enact a phased methodology (collect, analyze, deliver, implement, monitor and fine-tune). We do all of this by leveraging our diverse skill sets with our clients’ need within culturally relevant frameworks.
APPROACH TO PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
We combine real-life case studies, culturally sensitive interactive simulations, self-aware inquires, psychodrama, folkloric wisdom and humor, to help our clients apply theory to practice. We measure success when our clients both feel committed to improved performance and remain engaged in self development that transfers to optimal organizational outcomes.
This informs our follow-up approaches and assessment techniques. It also helps us to interpret pre and post tests, first to inform our training and subsequently, to fine-tune operational efficiencies. Managers and staff are required to provide critical written and oral feedback. In addition, we provide follow-through observations to measure the relevance and effectiveness of our seminars and workshops.
