Seth Burton (Caribbean and Latin America Director) holds a BS in Business Administration (Andrews University, USA) a MA in Communications Management (University of Alabama in Birmingham) and Professional Certificates in ‘Break Through Thinking’ from Japan. He recently designed the Small Business Development Model for the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. He worked as Head of the Small Business Project in Antigua and served as the Crisis Manager for the ICC World Cup Cricket Series for the Government. Mr. Burton was Advisor to the Minister of Education, Youth, and Sports. As a Marketing and Strategic Planning Specialist with over 15 years of working experience across the private and public sectors, Seth specializes in Strategic Planning, Organizational Auditing and Communications Management. He was the CEO and Founder of IMCI Inc., a premier Professional Training Organization in the Caribbean known for its extraordinary services, culturally sensitive methodologies and practical transformative strategies. After serving as a Human Development Consultant for the West Indies Cricket Board Under-19 Team, and Sports Commentator for several Caribbean televisions and radio stations, he is currently chairman of a private school board.
