Dr. Suzette Henry (Chief Financial Officer) combines financial intelligence, clinical skills, and leadership competencies effectively. She is Chief Financial Officer of Paramount Communications Inc. of New York. Suzette helps the company align technologies, streamline internal controls and expand its business plan and scope. Suzette was educated in Nursing with a BS from the State University of New York at Brooklyn and has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Kaplan University. She holds a Diploma from McAllister Institution of Funeral Directors and completed a dual MD/Ph.D. degree at the University of Arts, Science and Technology in 2017. Dr. Henry applies her expertise in organizational gap analysis to produce confident clinicians and cutting-edge healthcare leaders. Known for creating systems of excellence, Dr. Henry' innovative research focuses on improving patient satisfaction tools at the Dr. George Einstein Medical Institute. She has been published in the Journal of Investigative Genomics. Suzette brings over 15 years of leadership experience in a wide variety of settings- nursing homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities, funeral homes, and schools. Her leadership positions include: Patient Care Manager at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Associate Director for Senior Health Partners in New York, Health Director of Sunnyside Academy and Financial Advisor for Thomas Center for Human Development Inc. Suzette has been the recipient of the ‘Outstanding Community Outreach’ and ‘Inspiring Faith and Leadership In Youth’ awards for outstanding service. She served as a consultant to community and faith-based institutions in areas of health education, spirituality and wellness and nutrition and healthy lifestyles. In addition, Dr. Henry offers professional training in international public health, geriatric home care, coping with death and dying, creating positive family legacies, and financial restructuring and management.
